A Breathwork session requires time to process and integrate the experience and it is important not to feel rushed.

- Breathwork Session – 2 hours $195
- Breathwork Session – 1.5 hours – $170
- Breathwork for Stress Release, Mindfulness Education – 1 hour – $125
